以菜花(Brassica oleracea L.var.botrytis L.)为供试作物,研究了在尿素硝铵溶液中添加腐植酸和黄腐酸2种增效剂的作用效果。结果表明,尿素硝铵溶液加入5%黄腐酸后植株叶绿素含量明显升高,加入腐植酸有助于植株根系发育,提高了根系活力;同时加入腐植酸和黄腐酸2种增效剂后,菜花幼苗的株高、茎粗、干鲜重、叶绿素含量以及根系活力等指标均显著提高,氮肥利用率大幅度提升,对植株生长发育的促进作用更为明显。腐植酸与黄腐酸作为增效剂对速效氮肥的提质增效作用显著,以配比91%UAN+5%FA+4%HA效果最佳。
Using Brassica oleracea L.var.botrytis L. as the tested crop, the effect of adding two kinds of potentiators of humic acid and fulvic acid into urea ammonium nitrate solution was studied. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll increased obviously when 5% fulvic acid was added to ammonium nitrate solution, and the addition of humic acid could help the root development of plant and increase the root activity. At the same time, two kinds of humic acid and fulvic acid were added , Cauliflower seedling height, stem diameter, dry weight, chlorophyll content and root vigor and other indicators were significantly increased nitrogen utilization increased significantly promote the growth and development of plants more pronounced. Humic acid and fulvic acid as synergists have significant effects on improving the quality of available nitrogen fertilizers, and the best effect is 91% UAN + 5% FA + 4% HA.
