针对齿廓修形的特点,小轮齿廓采用三段修形.通过改变刀具切削刃的形状,以三段抛物线代替齿条的直线齿廓,推导出了刀具齿面方程.建立了人字齿轮啮合的坐标关系,进而提出了人字齿轮齿接触分析和承载接触分析的方法.以承载传动误差最小为目标函数,采用复形调优法进行优化,可以获得最佳修形优化参数.通过实例表明,在不考虑安装误差情况下优化后的结果与未优化相比仍可以明显降低轴线误差对承载传动误差的影响.最后,给出了小轮齿廓修形量的计算方法.
According to the characteristics of tooth profile modification, the tooth profile of the small gear is modified by three steps.Through changing the shape of the cutting edge of the cutter and replacing the straight tooth profile of the rack with three sections of parabola, the cutter tooth surface equation is deduced. Gear meshing coordinate relationship, and then put forward the contact analysis of human gear and tooth contact analysis method.With the minimum load carrying transmission as the objective function, the use of complex optimization method to optimize the shape optimization parameters can be obtained by The experimental results show that the optimized results can notably reduce the influence of axis error on the bearing transmission error without considering the installation error.Finally, the calculation method of the small tooth profile modification amount is given.
