目的探讨护理教育干预对糖尿病足预防的效果。方法选取该院2015年2月—2016年11月接收的患有糖尿病足的50例患者进行临床分析,按照数字抽签法随机分为两组,每组患者25例,将采用常规护理的患者作为对照组,在此基础上加上护理教育干预的患者作为观察组,对比其临床效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度96.0%显著高于对照组护理满意度68.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的认知能力、日常生活能力、空腹血糖以及糖化血红蛋白显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者采用护理教育干预可以有效预防该病的发生,可在临床护理中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of diabetic foot. Methods Fifty patients with diabetic foot received from February 2015 to November 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the digital lottery method. Twenty-five patients in each group received routine nursing care The control group, on the basis of which nursing education intervention patients as observation group, compared its clinical effect. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (96.0% vs 68.0%, P <0.05). The cognitive ability, daily living ability, fasting blood glucose and HbA1c in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group Better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing education intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of diabetes in foot patients, which can be widely applied in clinical nursing.
