回转窑是冶金、化工、建材等行业生产流程中的核心设备,一次停窑事故将引起整个生产流程的中断,造成重大生产损失,保证其安全高效的运行是企业提高经济效益的关键。回转窑属于重载、超静定系统,运行中由于轴线变化,可导致载荷分配严重不均,从而引发轴瓦发热、烧瓦、托轮断轴、滚圈开裂等多种机械故障及安全事故。
