我国的机动插秧机在发展过程中人们认为:采用独轮牵引式好。但是多用小底盘及手扶拖拉机多数作业为双轮,故希望配插秧机时也能双轮牵引。 文中介绍了双轮牵引插秧机机组运动过程中的行驶直线性,牵引附着性和田头转向问题。 通过对机组的受力和运动分析,推导出了底盘和插秧机的运动方程式,找出了提高行走直线性的途径。 通过对机组田头回转的附着性和转向性分析,找出了合理的行走轮参数和转向离合器的型式,并提出了机组在田头运行的路线。 根据研究的成果,设计的丰收-4型多用小底盘经田间试验表明其行走直战性能满足农艺要求并且靠行顺利。
China’s mobile transplanter in the development process, people think: the use of a single wheel traction is good. However, most use small chassis and walking tractor most of the operations for the double, it hopes to double-wheel traction when equipped with transplanter. This paper describes the two-wheel traction rice transplanter movement during the process of linearity, traction adhesion and field steering problems. By analyzing the force and movement of the unit, the equations of motion of the chassis and the transplanter are deduced, and the ways to improve the straightness of walking are found out. Based on the analysis of the adhesion and the steering of the turbine rotation, the reasonable parameters of the running wheels and the steering clutch are found, and the route of the turbine running in the fields is proposed. According to the research results, the design of the harvest-4 multipurpose small chassis by field experiments showed that its walking straightforward to meet the agronomic requirements and smooth travel.
