初中学生处于身体、心理发展的关键时期,学生好动,喜欢体育。同时,初中学生文化学习压力大、作业量多,体育知识、体育视野小,体育教学内容过于传统,甚至以中考项目达标为教学导向,导致初中体育教学枯燥、乏味和低效,有的学生甚至因此而怕上体育课。为了有效解决体育教学中的这个矛盾,实现体育教学的激趣与高效,建议初中体育教师要尊重学生在体育教学中的主体地位,丰富体育教学手段,重视情感教育手段的运用,积极做一名“智慧型”的体育
