目前,及时足额回收电费已成为供电企业重要的工作。电费不能足额及时回收,严重影响了供电企业各项工作的正常进行。归纳起来存在以下几种情况: 1. 经济形势不好。目前很多企业处于倒闭、半倒闭状态,生产经营困难,三角债严重,产品销出后,货款收不回,电费难以支付。 2.互相攀比。电费在产品成本中占相当比例,但一些客户在当月费用支出中就根本不考虑电费这一项,淡忘了电是商品。小欠户看大欠户,新欠户看老欠户,相互攀比,造成有的客户有钱也不交电费。
