最高人民法院提出推进审判体系和审判能力现代化,这既是实现人民法院工作科学发展的必然要求,也是促进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要保障。1月21日,全国高级法院院长会议在北京召开。会议深入学习贯彻党的十八届三中、四中全会和习近平总书记在中央政治局常委会听取最高人民法院党组工作汇报时的重要讲话以及中央政法工作会议精神,研究部署今年人民法院工作,强调要紧紧围绕“让人民群众在每一个司法案件中感受到公平正义”的目标,牢牢坚持司法为民、公正司法工作主线,加快推进审判体系和审判能力现代化。
