试验研究了辐射防护剂碘化钾、抗坏血酸及L-半胱氨酸对γ射线辐照小麦种苗生长的影响。发现碘化钾及抗坏血酸能防护小麦种苗因γ射线辐照引起的损伤。L-半胱氨酸在本试验中虽亦表现有辐射防护效果,但不及碘化钾及抗坏血酸显著。
The effects of radioprotective agents potassium iodide, ascorbic acid and L-cysteine on the growth of γ-ray irradiated wheat seedlings were studied. It was found that potassium iodide and ascorbic acid can protect wheat seedlings from damage due to γ-ray irradiation. L-cysteine showed a radioprotective effect in this test, but not as significant as potassium iodide and ascorbate.
