用1M硫酸镁、100ppm抗坏血酸、50ppm生长素处理尖叶莴苣、芹菜种子,使其在老化期保持萌发力。种子在40℃饱和水蒸汽条件下老化不同天数,定期测定发芽率及发芽指数。用50ppm生长素处理尖叶莴苣种子,在老化期间表现出最高的发芽率和发芽指数。用1M硫酸镁处理芹菜种子,在老化期间发芽率和发芽指数比其他处理明显要高。试验表明50ppm生长素处理尖叶莴苣种子,以硫酸镁处理芹菜种子可提高种子耐贮性。
The leaves of lettuce and celery were treated with 1 M magnesium sulfate, 100 ppm ascorbic acid and 50 ppm auxin to keep the germination force during the aging period. Seeds were aged at different water vapor conditions at 40 ℃ for different days, and the germination rate and germination index were measured regularly. Treating the leaves of lettuce with 50 ppm auxin showed the highest germination rate and germination index during the aging period. Celery seeds treated with 1 M magnesium sulfate showed significantly higher germination and germination index than other treatments during the aging period. Experiments showed that 50ppm auxin treatment of tip lettuce seeds, magnesium sulfate treatment of celery seeds can improve seed storage resistance.
