基于有限元分析方法,应用ANSYS计算阀门整机的振动模态以及在承受地震载荷及设计组合载荷共同作用下的应力及变形,然后根据ASME规范对承压边界部件作出应力评定和强度校核。结果表明,核二级电动截止阀在SSE地震载荷及设计组合载荷作用下能保持结构完整性和可运行性。
Based on the finite element analysis method, the vibration mode of the whole valve and the stress and deformation under the joint action of the seismic load and the designed combined load are calculated by ANSYS. Then the stress assessment and strength check of the pressure bearing boundary components are made according to the ASME code. The results show that the nuclear two-stage electric valve can maintain the structural integrity and operability under the SSE seismic load and the designed combined load.
