怎样大面积提高数学教学质量?怎样尽多、尽快地培养我国在社会主义初级阶段的四化建设中的各个层次的人才?这是当前数学研究和教学改革的重大课题,为此,笔者走访了全国几十所中学,并同第一线的教师进行交谈,结果发现,“传统教学方法”仍然是我国当前普遍采用的方法,通过对其某些环节进行改革,竟然取得了“大面积提高”和“培养尖子”两方面的巨大成绩,事实证明,他们所做的不起眼的、扎扎实实的改革是成功的、深刻的,现在结合第一线广大教师改革的丰硕成果,从几个方面谈谈数学课堂教学改革中的若干问题.
