目的　总结分析无症状性（偶发性）嗜铬细胞瘤的临床特点及诊治经验。方法　回顾性分析无典型症状性（偶发性）嗜铬细胞瘤７ 例，讨论其诊断、术前准备、手术方式与围手术期注意要点。结果　术中患者均出现高血压危象，１ 例死亡。结论　对无症状性嗜铬细胞瘤，尤其是异位嗜铬细胞瘤应高度重视，术前尽可能明确诊断、充分准备，避免术中、术后不良反应的发生。 Objective To summarize the clinical features, diagnosis, and treatment of asymptomatic (occasional) pheochromocytoma. Methods A retrospective analysis of 7 cases of typical symptomatic (occasional) pheochromocytoma was performed. Its diagnosis, preoperative preparation, surgical methods and perioperative attention points were discussed. Results Hypertensive crisis occurred in all patients during the operation and one patient died. Conclusion Asymptomatic pheochromocytoma, especially ectopic pheochromocytoma, should be highly valued. Preoperative diagnosis and adequate preparation should be made as far as possible to avoid the occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions.
