双相(DP)钢是汽车覆盖件用的高强度钢板。通过试验对汽车用高强度钢板DP450的力学性能、成形性能、烘烤硬化性能和抗凹陷性能进行了全面的研究,并与MS6000钢板的各项性能进行了比较。使用NADDRG模型对DP450钢的成形极限进行了预测,所建立的相关性数学模型具有一定的实用价值。试验结果表明:与MS6000钢相比,DP450钢的屈服强度降低了8.4%,抗拉强度提高了8.3%,延伸率提高了19%,且DP450的应变硬化指数也高于MS6000钢。这说明DP450的力学性能优于MS6000,成形性能不低于MS6000,且DP450的烘烤硬化性能及加工硬化能力方面均优于MS6000。
Duplex (DP) steel is a high-strength steel sheet for automobile covers. The mechanical properties, formability, bake hardenability and sag resistance of DP450 for automotive high strength steel were studied through experiments and compared with those of MS6000 steel. The forming limit of DP450 steel is predicted by NADDRG model. The correlation mathematical model established has some practical value. The test results show that the yield strength of DP450 steel is reduced by 8.4%, the tensile strength is increased by 8.3%, the elongation is increased by 19%, and the strain hardening index of DP450 is also higher than that of MS6000 steel. This shows that the mechanical properties of DP450 is better than that of MS6000, the formability is not lower than MS6000, and the bake hardenability and work hardening ability of DP450 are better than MS6000.
