根据成像原理推导了运动透镜、运动45°直角棱镜,以及旋转反射镜所引起的角度变化公式,并对影响角度变化的参数(透镜的焦距、物距及光源的发散角等)和引入角度多样性的这三种方法进行了分析比较。实验结果与理论分析表明,在相同条件下,将45°直角棱镜运动20μm和反射镜旋转0.02°就能实现两个完全独立散斑图样,而运动透镜需要更大的位移,这为设计运动方案引入角度多样性激光散斑抑制提供参考。
