本文介绍引进的加氢裂化反应器,在局部E347堆焊层因含Cr量偏低造成铁素体超标的情况下,重新堆焊3毫米厚E347进行修补。经对修复部位取样分析,证明补焊层性能满足设计的抗氢腐蚀要求。
This article describes the introduction of hydrocracking reactor, in the local E347 surfacing layer due to the low amount of Cr caused ferrite excessive circumstances, re-welding 3 mm thick E347 repair. Sampling and analysis of the repaired parts prove that the properties of the solder mask meet the designed requirements of hydrogen corrosion resistance.
