近年来辽宁省的科技金融建设虽然发展速度加快,也取得了一些成绩,但仍然存在政策缺乏系统性、金融机构参与程度不高、科技与金融的沟通渠道不畅、直接融资渠道狭窄等问题。这与辽宁建立科技金融集团的目标还存在较大的差距。本文在分析辽宁科技金融发展现状的基础上,针对上述问题提出了五点科技金融发展的对策,并对每一条对策的具体做法进行了阐述,以期为辽宁科技金融集团的建立提供一些参考。
In recent years, Liaoning Province has scored rapid gains in science and technology and scored some successes in its financial and economic development. However, there are still some problems such as the lack of a systematic policy, the low level of participation of financial institutions, the poor communication channels between science and technology and the direct financing channels. There is still a big gap between this and the goal of establishing a science and technology financial group in Liaoning. Based on the analysis of the status quo of science and technology finance in Liaoning, this paper puts forward five countermeasures for the development of science and technology finance in view of the above problems, and elaborates the concrete measures of each countermeasure in order to provide some references for the establishment of Liaoning science and technology finance group.
