分析了56例急非淋并发低血钾症34例(60．7％)。其发生机制复杂，对同一个病人来说，低血钾往往是多种因素综合作用的结果。指出年龄大于50岁者尤其容易并发低血钾症；在治疗白血病中，要作常规电介质检查，特别是血钾检查；及时发现和纠正钾代谢紊乱和其它代谢紊乱，应作为综合治疗的重要环节之一。
