特发性室性心动过速是室性心动过速的一种特殊类型。小儿报道较少。现将我们1984年～1998年收治的16例报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料：全部病例均通过体检、心电图、胸部X线、超声心动图、心肌酶谱和血电解质检查等除外心脏器质性疾病。经心脏电生理检查证实为室性心动过速。
