针对危险系数较高、管理过于严格、员工和领导阶层存在严重矛盾的企业,结合C理论、哲学、社会学、心理学以及管理和经济学的思想,提出了可净化发展理论,并提出了用此理论解决矛盾的方法。指出企业应面对利润最大化的诱惑,理性对待美日管理模式,建立创造性的、竞争性的、情理交融的中国管理模式——可净化发展模式。
Aiming at the enterprises with high risk coefficient, too strict management and serious conflicts between staff and leadership, this paper puts forward the theory of purifiable development based on the theory of C theory, philosophy, sociology, psychology and management and economics, This theory solves the contradictory method. It points out that enterprises should face the temptation of maximizing profits, rationally treat the management mode of the United States and Japan, and establish a creative, competitive and rational management model of China - to purify the development mode.
