本文研究了用双辊铸机生产的SiCp/A356复合材料薄带中SiC的分布规律,着重分析了SiC颗粒的体积分数(3%~16%)和薄带的铸造速度(0.5~10m/min)对SiC颗粒分布均匀性的影响,结果表明,较高的SiC含量或较高的铸造速度均可抑制薄带表面贫SiC层的形成。
In this paper, the distribution of SiC in SiCp / A356 composite strip produced by twin roll caster is studied. The effects of SiC particle volume fraction (3% ~ 16%) and strip casting speed (0.5 ~ 10m / Min) on the uniformity of the SiC particles. The results show that the formation of SiC-poor layer on the surface of the ribbon can be suppressed by higher SiC content or higher casting speed.
