目的 :观察连续一周灌胃给予红花总黄酮后在末次给药不同时间凝血时间小鼠的变化。方法 :2 0 0mg/kg每日 1次连续一周 ,在末次给药后不同时间测定凝血时间。结果 :药后 1h、2h、4h和 8h凝血时间比对照组明显延长 ,药后 16h和 2 4h凝血时间与对照组比较未见明显差异。结论 :小鼠口服红花总黄酮延长凝血时间的治疗窗在给药后 8h内。
OBJECTIVE : To observe the changes in the time of clotting time at different time after the last administration of flavonoids of safflower after continuous gavage. Methods :200mg/kg once a day for one week. The clotting time was determined at different times after the last administration. RESULTS: The clotting time at 1h, 2h, 4h and 8h after drug administration was significantly longer than that of the control group. There was no significant difference between the clotting times at 16h and 24h after drug administration and the control group. Conclusion : The therapeutic window of prolongation of clotting time of oral safflower flavonoids in mice was within 8 h after administration.
