基于DEFROM-3D有限元分析软件研究了热挤压工艺对活塞最高温度的影响。结果表明,随着坯料预热温度的增加,活塞最高温度先减小后增加;随着挤压速度或者模具预热温度或者摩擦系数的增加,活塞最高温度均增加;合理的挤压工艺参数为:坯料预热温度410~445℃,挤压速度1.0~3.5mm/s,模具预热温度400~440℃,摩擦系数<0.325。
Based on DEFROM-3D finite element analysis software, the influence of hot extrusion process on the maximum temperature of piston was studied. The results show that as the preheating temperature increases, the maximum temperature of the piston first decreases and then increases. The maximum temperature of the piston increases with the extrusion speed or the preheating temperature or the friction coefficient. The reasonable extrusion process parameters are The preheating temperature is 410 ~ 445 ℃, the extrusion speed is 1.0 ~ 3.5mm / s, the preheating temperature is 400 ~ 440 ℃ and the friction coefficient is less than 0.325.
