复旦大学无线电专业的师生与上海元件五厂仪表设备组的同志们,经过两个月左右的奋战,对原单通道的SBJ记忆示波器,改装成了双通道的数字存贮记忆式X—Y记录仪。现将该机的主要性能简述如下: 数字存贮记忆式“X—Y记录仪”的性能与一般的X—Y记录仪相似,但是其记录速度(频响)却远高于一般的X—Y记录仪(记忆式“X—Y记录仪”目前能记录的频率为千赫数量级)。记忆式“X—Y记录仪”有两个通道(X通道与Y通道),两个通道的结构基本相同,待观察和记录的信号首先经过模数转换,变成二进制的数字量(8位,其精度接近于0.4%),寄存在动态移位寄存器中,然后再经过数模转换还原成模拟量,在荧光屏上显示出。由此可见,所谓“记忆”功能是依靠动态移位寄存器。
