目的研究高碘对大鼠下腔静脉肝段内皮细胞活化的影响。方法将32只断乳约1个月的远交封闭群SPF/VAF级Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,分别为正常对照(自来水)组、10倍碘组、50倍碘组和100倍碘组,每组8只,雌雄各半。采用自由饮水、摄食的方式进行染毒,各组大鼠碘摄入量分别为6.15、61.5、307.5、615μg/d,连续染毒6个月。测定大鼠血浆细胞间黏附因子-1(ICAM-1)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)及血管性血友病因子前肽(vWFpp)含量。结果与正常对照组相比,50倍碘组雄性大鼠血浆vWF含量显著升高,100倍碘组雄性和雌性大鼠血浆ICAM-1、vWF含量均显著升高;且随着摄入碘含量的升高,雄性和雌性大鼠血浆ICAM-1、vWF含量呈上升趋势。而各组雄性和雌性大鼠血浆vWFpp含量均未见显著变化。结论高碘可导致大鼠内皮细胞活化,并在一定程度上呈剂量-效应关系。
Objective To study the effect of high iodine on the activation of endothelial cells in the hepatic segment of inferior vena cava in rats. Methods Twenty-two out-of-coverage group of Wistar rats, one at a time of about 1 month, were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group (tap water), 10-iodine group, 50-iodine group and 100- Group, each group of 8, male and female. The rats were exposed to drinking water and feeding food for a period of 6 months. The iodine intake of rats in each group was 6.15, 61.5, 307.5 and 615 μg / d respectively. The levels of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), von Willebrand factor (vWF) and von Willebrand factor (vWFpp) in rats were determined. Results Compared with the normal control group, the plasma vWF levels in 50-iodine-treated male rats were significantly increased, while the levels of plasma ICAM-1 and vWF in male and female 100-iodine-treated rats were significantly increased. With the increase of iodine , The contents of ICAM-1 and vWF in plasma of male and female rats showed an increasing trend. There was no significant change in plasma vWFpp content in male and female rats in each group. Conclusion High iodine can lead to the activation of endothelial cells in rats, and to a certain extent, the dose-effect relationship.
