目的分析运用PDCA对提高医院病案归档率的作用,为实现三甲医院等级评审要求及医院管理需要提供参考。方法根据某院运用PDCA前2014年3月3983份病案归档情况,7日归档率平均为48%,3日归档率平均为17.1%。分析原因并按照三甲评审C级标准(7日归档率≥90%)制订目标,从2014年4月-2015年3月开始运用PDCA管理方法,进行计划、实施、核查和巩固的PDCA循环管理。结果使用PDCA后,从2014年6月开始病案7日归档率平均达到92.60%,到2015年3月病案7日归档率平均96.50℅,3日归档率平均为80%,达到C级评审标准要求。结论运用PDCA管理方法监管病案归档,通过完善制度,使医院各部门认识到病案归档的重要性,并使目标明确,流程简化,能及时发现问题、及时采取措施进行整改,使病案归档规范化,能使病案归档率提高。
Objective To analyze the role of PDCA in improving the filing rate of medical records in hospitals and to provide reference for the requirements of hospital accreditation and hospital management. Methods According to the records of 3,983 cases of medical records before PDCA in March 2014 in a hospital, the average filing rate on the 7th was 48% and that on the 3rd was 17.1% on average. Analyzed the causes and formulated the targets according to the C-Level III (7-day filing rate ≥90%) and the PDCA cycle management plan, implementation, verification and consolidation from April 2014 to March 2015 using the PDCA management approach. Results After using PDCA, the filing rate of medical records on the 7th was 92.60% from June 2014 on average, and the filing rate on March 7 was 96.50 7 on March 7, and the average filing rate on the 3rd was 80%, reaching the C-level review standard . Conclusions The PDCA management method is used to supervise the filing of medical records. By perfecting the system, all departments of the hospital are able to recognize the importance of filing of medical records, make the objectives clear, simplify the process, find out problems in time, rectify in time, standardize the filing of medical records, The case filing rate increased.
