老山云芝多糖,对ICR纯种小鼠移植性肉瘤_(180)有明显的抑制作用,10mg/kg腹腔给药抑制率达60～70％以上。口服给药在一定剂量下也能抑制肿瘤生长,在接种肿瘤前一周腹腔给药,停药后接种腹水型肉瘤_(180),云芝多糖可有效地防止肿瘤形成,使生命延长。腹腔注射云芝多糖能增强巨噬细胞释放H_2O_2的能力,并能提高脾淋巴细胞对~3H-TdR的摄取量,它无直接细胞毒作用,可通过宿主中介发挥抗肿瘤作用。
Laoshan Yunzhi polysaccharide has a significant inhibitory effect on transplanted sarcoma of ICR purebred mice (180). The inhibitory rate of intraperitoneal administration at 10 mg/kg is 60 to 70%. Oral administration can also inhibit tumor growth at a certain dose. The tumor is administered intraperitoneally one week before the tumor is inoculated, and ascites sarcoma is vaccinated after discontinuation (180). Prunus curcumae polysaccharide can effectively prevent tumor formation and prolong life. Intraperitoneal injection of PSK can enhance the ability of macrophages to release H 2 O 2 and increase the uptake of ~3H-TdR by spleen lymphocytes. It has no direct cytotoxicity and can exert its anti-tumor effects through the host mediation.
