Ⅰ,耶尔森氏菌属的群、型:本属包括8种细菌,其中对人有致病性的是鼠疫耶尔森氏菌、假结核耶尔森氏菌及小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌。而现在临床感染上成为实际问题的主要是后两种细菌。其各自的群、型分别描述于下。Ⅱ,小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌的生物型:关于本菌生物型的区分迄今为止已提出很多方法,现在国际上应用最广的基本是以10余种生化性状为指标的Wauters 1～5型分类法。之后,又发现生物型3的VP 反应阴性
