台湾是世界连锁总部最密集的地区,台湾连锁业拥有全球一流的管理技术、经验及优秀人才,而祖国大陆拥有潜能无限的市场,两岸连锁业具有很大的互补性和广阔的合作前景。ECFA的签署给业界带来海峡两岸黄金10年合作发展的预期,台湾连锁品牌必将大举西进,大陆市场连锁业将百花齐放,两岸连锁业未来可以提升合作层次,透过更多的交流,相互认识、携手合作、共创未来,在全球的流通服务产业抢占一席之地。台湾连锁业发展祖国大陆市场的关键问题在于如何培养支持门店营运所需的大批本土化连锁经营人才。由于政策法规限制,台湾连锁企业不可能像在台湾那样直接投资创办学校培养本企业发展所需的人才,那么与大陆高职院校联合培养、校企合作则成为现阶段台湾连锁企业在大陆市场人才补给的“次级最优策略”。
