本文对61名医用诊断X线工作者血清LDH及其同功酶进行观察。结果表明照射组比对照组LDH总活性明显升高(p<0.05),LDH_1明显降低(p<0.05)LDH_3明显升高(p<0.01)。职业工龄组与对照组比较在<10年和10~20年两工龄组LDH_1明显降低,LDH_3明显升高。在>20年工龄组LDH及其同工酶又恢复正常。累积剂量组LDH及其同功酶与对照组比较,在20~50mGy,和>50mGy,两个剂量组LDH总活性升高(p<0.05),LDH_1明显降低(p<0.05),LDH_3明显升高(p<0.05),LDH及其同功酶的变化与受照累积剂量有关。因此本文认为LDH及其同功酶的变化可用于评价小剂量辐射效应,是一项有一定意义的指标。
In this paper, 61 medical diagnostic X-ray workers serum LDH and its isozyme were observed. The results showed that the activity of LDH in the irradiated group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p <0.05), LDH_3 was significantly lower (p <0.05) LDH_3 was significantly increased (p <0.01). Occupational working age group compared with the control group <10 years and 10 to 20 years of age group LDH_1 significantly lower, LDH_3 was significantly higher. In> 20 years of age group LDH and its isoenzymes returned to normal. Compared with the control group, LDH activity and LDH_3 increased significantly (p <0.05), LDH_1 decreased significantly (p <0.05), and LDH_3 increased significantly in the cumulative dose group compared with the control group at 20 ~ 50mGy and> 50mGy High (p <0.05). The changes of LDH and its isoenzymes were related to the cumulative doses. Therefore, this paper considers that the changes of LDH and its isozyme can be used to evaluate the effect of low-dose radiation, which is a meaningful indicator.
