本文介绍了铁(Ⅱ)与邻联吡啶,十二烷基苯磺酸钠形成的三元络合物,通过微孔滤膜富集分离,用二甲基亚砜将膜及络合物溶解,在分光光度计上测定吸光度,从而建立了测定微量铁的新方法。络合物在溶剂中的最大吸收波长为530nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε530=1.42×10(4)L/mol.cm,铁的含量在02.5ug/ml范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律。本方法灵敏度较高,选择性很高,用于食品中微量铁的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, ternary complexes of iron (Ⅱ) with ortho-pyridine and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate were introduced. The ternary complex formed by microporous membrane filtration was separated and the membrane and complex were dissolved with dimethylsulfoxide , Measured absorbance on a spectrophotometer, thus establishing a new method for the determination of trace iron. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex in the solvent is 530 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity ε530 = 1.42 × 10 (4) L / mol. cm, iron content in the range of 02.5ug / ml in line with Lambert-Beer’s law. The method has high sensitivity and high selectivity, and is used for the determination of trace iron in food with satisfactory results.
