目的探讨称量法测定人血清密度的不确定度评定方法。方法应用称量法测定人血清密度,分析各不确定度分量的来源,并对各不确定度分量分别进行评定,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果总蛋白(TP)为63.2 g/L的血清密度的合成标准不确定度为0.047 4 g/L,取包含因子(k)=1.96、95%置信区间,则扩展不确定度为0.093 g/L。结论应用称量法测定人血清密度建立的测量不确定度评定方法,可满足临床参考实验室对血清密度参考测量系统的要求。
Objective To investigate the method of assessing the uncertainty of weighing human serum by weighing method. Methods Weighing method was used to measure the human serum density, the source of each uncertainty component was analyzed, and the components of each uncertainty were separately evaluated, and the synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated. Results The combined standard uncertainty (RSD) of the serum density of total protein (TP) of 63.2 g / L was 0.047 4 g / L. Taking the inclusion factor (k) = 1.96, 95% confidence interval, the expanded uncertainty was 0.093 g / L. Conclusion The evaluation method of uncertainty of measurement established by weighing method to measure human serum density can meet the requirements of clinical reference laboratory for reference system of serum density.
