This issue “Matilda lectures ” is the speech of Professor Ban Hua of Nanjing Normal University School of Education in class teacher training class. In the lecture, Professor Banhua put forward some opinions and suggestions on why the “class teacher should grow professionally” and “how to grow more effectively”.
