随着我国机械工业的迅速发展,超硬度的新型材料不断涌现,各种高强度、高硬度、高耐磨性能的另件材料将愈来愈多地被采用。武钢新三轧及其它厂的备品备件大都属硬质难加工材料,因而对切削刀具的材质及切削工艺提出了更高的要求。刀具材质不仅要具有高硬度、高耐磨性能,而且要有较好的韧性和抗热冲击性能。因此刀具材料必将随着切削加工工艺技术的不断革新而改进品种、提高质量。新型复合氮化硅刀具,具有硬度高、冲击性能好等特性,因而耐磨、寿命长(见图1~3和表1);断裂韧性是Al_2O_3基刀具的
