所谓学困生,是指学习上、思想上暂时落后的学生。学困生是由智力、非智力等多种因素造成的。在实施素质教育的今天,国家把提高全体公民的素质作为教育目标。所以学困生转化是实施素质教育亟待解决的大问题。在响水中学,学困生是客观存在的,即使是一个很好的班级也是有一些相对落后的孩子。我认为,我校学困生的产生是由以下几种因素造成的:一是教学环节脱节,教师只顾教,学生不主动学习;二是学习方法呆板,思维狭窄,学习成绩难以突破;三是学习态度不端正,知识面不广;四是极容易满足,自我陶醉;五是当前总体教育环境不佳,中考指挥棒对他们的打击力度太大。

In my opinion, the students with poor students in our school are caused by the following factors: First, the teaching links are out of line; the teachers only teach and the students do not take the initiative to learn; second, the learning methods are dull and the thinking is difficult to break through; third, Learning attitude is not correct, the knowledge is not broad; four is extremely easy to satisfy, self intoxicated; five is the current poor overall education environment, the test baton to their crackdown too much.
