[目的]研究不同土壤类型、土壤微生物及含水量对烟田土壤中乙草胺降解的影响。[方法]采用实验室模拟方法研究乙草胺在不同土壤中的降解动态。[结果]土壤类型、土壤微生物和含水量均可影响土壤中乙草胺降解。在黄红壤和赤红壤中降解最适土壤湿度为60%;在黄红壤和赤红壤中半衰期(t1/2)为5.1、7.92 d;灭菌黄红壤和赤红壤中t1/2为16.5、21.8 d。[结论]微生物降解是乙草胺在土壤中的主要降解途径之一,黄红壤中的降解速率快于赤红壤。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different soil types, soil microorganisms and water content on acetochlor degradation in tobacco soil. [Method] The laboratory simulation method was used to study the degradation of acetochlor in different soils. [Result] Soil type, soil microorganism and water content all affected the degradation of acetochlor in soil. The half-life (t1 / 2) of yellow-red soil and latosolic red soil was 5.1 and 7.92 days, respectively. The t1 / 2 of yellow-red soil and latosolic red soil were 16.5 and 21.8 d. [Conclusion] Microbial degradation was one of the major degradation pathways of acetochlor in soils. The degradation rate of yellow soil was faster than that of red soil.
