围绕构建和谐社会不断拓展公证业务领域是进一步推进公证工作发展的重要课题。北京市方圆公证处①围绕这一重要课题组成了专题调研小组进行深入论证和研讨,并召开了“公证业务开拓交流会”。与会人员对影响拓展成果和公证作用发挥的普遍问题达成了一些共识,为进一步推进公证工作在思想上作了一次颇有成效的动员。本刊特整理了此次交流会上的发言,将会上形成的一些理念和共识进行了书面汇总,并全文刊登了中国公证协会副会长、北京市方圆公证处主任左燕芹结合法国公证在不动产交易领域中的工作流程及最近全国关于昆明二手房公证的新闻报导,围绕理念的转变和公证模式的创新,就会议主题所做的总结性发言,以期对进一步拓展公证业务领域、深化公证服务理念有所启发。
Around the building of a harmonious society to continuously expand the field of notary business is an important issue to further promote the development of notarial work.
