目的:建立全血中铅及其同位素比值的分析方法。方法:全血经稀释20倍后直接用ICP-MS进行分析。结果:总铅的测定的精密度优于1.1%、检出限小于1 ng/ml,加标回收为96.0%~102%;207Pb/206Pb和208Pb/206Pb同位素比值测定的精密度优于0.13%,标准物质的分析结果和证书值一致。结论:可采用ICP-MS准确测定儿童全血品中的铅及其同位素比值,方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of lead and its isotope ratio in whole blood. Methods: Whole blood was diluted 20-fold and analyzed directly by ICP-MS. Results: The precision of determination of total lead was better than 1.1%, the detection limit was less than 1 ng / ml and the recovery was 96.0% ~ 102%. The precision of 207Pb / 206Pb and 208Pb / 206Pb isotope ratio was better than 0.13% , The standard material analysis results and certificate values. Conclusion: ICP-MS can accurately determine lead and its isotope ratio in children’s whole blood samples. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
