现代企业的竞争非常激烈,企业竞争的实质是人才竞争,所以说,人力资源管理水平决定了企业生产力、竞争能力、创造力和市场占有率等。人才竞争从现象上看,是企业利用种种手段争夺人才,以求得企业自身发展的目的。这是摆在人力资源管理者面前的一项重大而紧迫的任务,我们应采取多种有效措施,主动参与高端人才竞争,增强企业的人才竞争力,下面笔者从以下几个方面谈一下自己的看法:一、积极吸引和招揽人才,做好人才引进工作
