本工作是非线性规划网格法在气液填充色谱优化分离条件选择中的应用。实验结果表明,计算机所预测的色谱柱的优化工作点上难分离溶质对的分离度,明显优于任何一个随机工作点上的分离度,且所有溶质的保留值的计算机预测值与实验值的偏差在10%的范围内。
This work is the application of nonlinear programming grid method in the choice of gas-liquid chromatographic separation conditions. The experimental results show that the predicted resolution of the solute pair on the optimized working point of the column is obviously better than that of any random working point, and the predicted values of the computer and the experimental values The deviation is in the range of 10%.
