我院自1981年12月至1983年9月共做输精管结扎术324例。其中无出血者218例,无出血率达67.3％。具体操作如下: 1、常规消毒,铺无菌孔巾。 2、右侧为例。以右手拇、食、中三指从阴囊底部牵拉睾丸向下,将输精管轻轻绷直(紧),在精索阴囊部的中上段,阴囊缝前外侧1cm处,以左手食指越过被绷直的输精管内侧绕到后方,向前扣起与拇指捏紧,将输精管单独固定于阴囊皮肤之
