王浆及其制品含多种有机酸,其中以10—羟基—2—癸烯酸含量最多,且有一定的生理作用,作者用二阶导数分光法测定,获得较满意的结果。
Royal jelly and its products contain a variety of organic acids, of which the content of 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid is the most, and has certain physiological effects. The authors used the second derivative spectrophotometry to obtain satisfactory results.
