有一只强有力的手在推动办事处由小到大，由少到多地发展，而这只手就是政府的投入。如今是信息时代，信息不仅是企业的生命，也是政府职能部门制订政策的参考依据，因此，搜集信息成了各类办事处的重要工作。各级办事处感到压力最大的恐怕还是即将启动的政府机构改革，机构改革将不可避免地对延续多年的办事处的管理体制、人员编制、拨款渠道产生较大的影响。
There is a strong hand that promotes the development of offices from as little as possible to a lesser extent, and this hand is the government’s investment. Today is the information age. Information is not only the life of enterprises, but also the reference basis for government departments to formulate policies. Therefore, gathering information has become an important task for all kinds of offices. I am afraid the most affected offices at all levels are still about to start the reform of government agencies. Institutional reform will inevitably have a great impact on the management system, staffing and funding channels of offices that have lasted for many years.
