异种体外受精使分析正常人精子和X射线离体照射精子的染色体畸变成为可能.本文首次报道氚水(HTO)诱发人离体精子染色体畸变的研究,并与X射线的RBE进行了比较.实验取5名健康男性的九份精液,每份又分成一份正常对照和一份照射5.66~89.97×10~7Bq(1.53~24.3mCi)/ml的HTO80分钟.因个体之间差异较大,故采用下式计算β射线诱发染色体畸变的绝对率.
In vitro fertilization makes it possible to analyze the chromosome aberrations of normal human sperm and X-ray irradiated sperm.In this paper, we report the first study on chromosomal aberration of human sperm induced by human tritiated water (HTO) and compare with X-ray RBE Nine healthy semen from five healthy men were divided into two groups, one each for normal control and one for HTO 80 minutes, which was irradiated with 5.66-89.97 × 10 ~ 7Bq (1.53 ~ 24.3mCi) / ml.
