目的了解广州市部分男男性接触者(MSM)人群的性行为特征及该人群HIV和梅毒感染情况,以便采取有针对性的高危行为干预控制措施。方法对2008年在广州市越秀区疾病预防控制中心自愿咨询检测的MSM进行问卷调查,并采集血液样本进行HIV、梅毒检测。结果本次调查共发放问卷435份,全部收回,有效率为100%。435名MSM中有433人在最近1个月与男性发生过性行为,最近1次与男性发生性行为时安全套使用率为64.90%,最近1个月与男性发生性行为时每次都用安全套率为55.66%。435名MSM的HIV、梅毒感染率分别为5.52%和13.79%,HIV和梅毒合并感染率为2.07%。结论该次调查广州市部分MSM的梅毒感染率高,安全套使用率低,存在艾滋病和梅毒同时感染并进一步扩大传播的危险,应对MSM人群采取有效的高危行为干预控制措施。
Objective To understand the sexual behaviors of some MSM population in Guangzhou and the prevalence of HIV and syphilis infection in this population in order to take targeted high risk behavioral intervention control measures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on MSM voluntary counseling and testing in Yuexiu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2008 and blood samples were collected for HIV and syphilis testing. Results The survey sent a total of 435 questionnaires, all recovered, the effective rate was 100%. 433 out of 435 MSM had sex with men in the last month, with 64.90% of condoms recently having sex with men. Each time they used their condom during the last month with a male The rate was 55.66%. 435 MSM HIV and syphilis infection rates were 5.52% and 13.79%, HIV and syphilis combined infection rate was 2.07%. Conclusions In this survey, some MSM patients in Guangzhou have a high rate of syphilis infection and low condom use. Infection with HIV and syphilis is accompanied by the risk of transmission and further dissemination of MSM. Effective risk control interventions should be taken in MSM population.
