油田开发过程中存在的结蜡问题严重影响着油井的正常生产。如何有效解除蜡等物质在井筒、地面管线的沉积,直接关系到油田能否安全、高效生产。本文通过室内实验从油相的确定、水相的确定和油相与水相体积比的确定等方面综合考虑,试制了乳液型清防蜡剂CP-1,并对其开展了相关的性能测试。测试表明:该清防蜡剂具有较好的清、防蜡效果。
The problem of waxing in the process of oilfield development seriously affects the normal production of oil wells. How to effectively remove the wax and other substances in the wellbore, surface pipeline deposition, directly related to the oilfield can be safe and efficient production. In this paper, indoor experiments from the determination of the oil phase, the determination of the water phase and the determination of the volume ratio of oil and water phase and other aspects of consideration, trial-made emulsion-type paraffin wax CP-1, and carried out its performance testing . Test shows that: the paraffin wax has better cleaning, wax effect.
