一、前言采用多微机分布式处理取代单个计算机的集中控制,已成为机床数控的一个发展方向。多微机分布处理,就是将所有的处理工作分配给两个以上的微处理机分担,各微处理机同时而又协调地完成各自的操作。一般可将数控装置分为主控、伺服、显示和顺序处理四部分。各部分的功能分别由不同的微处理机来承担。这样的工作方式具有许多优点:
