In recent years, studies have shown that alveolar macrophages (AM) plays an important role in the process of pulmonary fibrosis. It is abundant in the alveolar cavity and can activate a variety of cytokines and participate in the formation of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis . We dynamically observed the changes of AM secretion of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor a (TNF-a) during bleomycin (BLM) -induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats, fiber
