中长跑是广大中小学体育教师常要面对的一项体育训练项目,无论从青少年的身体发展需要还是体质健康测试和体育中考测试的需要,都是不可忽视的重要训练内容。如何寻找更为有效的训练方法和手段,是每个体育教师不懈的追求,经过多年的教学和训练经验,笔者摸索出一套行之有效的训练方法,愿与同行切磋、共飨。一、发展一般而力的方法与手段中长跑运动员一般耐力训练目的在于提高运动员的呼吸系统、血液循环系统的功能水平,从而提高运动员抗疲劳能力,提高大脑皮质兴奋与抑制过程有节奏的交替能力,机体能力物质的贮备增多。
