对新型3A21/TA2/R/CCSB复合材料焊接过程中过渡接头的温度场和力学性能进行研究。结果表明,3A21/TA2/R/CCSB复合材料中的过渡层R可以起到阻碍焊接热循环传递的作用,避免了因界面温度过高而使得界面结合性能降低,可有效地改善复合材料的力学性能。
The temperature field and mechanical properties of the transition joints in the new 3A21 / TA2 / R / CCSB composites were studied. The results show that the transition layer R in 3A21 / TA2 / R / CCSB composites can impede the transfer of welding heat cycles and avoid the decrease of interfacial bonding properties due to the high interface temperature, which can effectively improve the mechanical properties of composites performance.
